The Puppybuster first appears in Part 2 of Heads Up, where he begins his kidnapping of Princess Ava, after noticing she's a rare breed of Cat.

In The Search, the Puppybuster continues on chasing Ava and Wallace. However, he decides to call it quit when he loses sight of the two.
Kate's Birthday[]
In Kate's Birthday, the Puppybuster finally kidnaps Princess Ava and knocks out Wallace, and at the right time, as Magic doesn't notice.

In Friendship is a Treasure, The Puppybuster meets Kate and holds his ransom for Ava, and is about to give her away, but he then meets Eva, who demands to keep Ava at his place at the cost of him having all the animals he wants.

In Operation Princess, he catches Kate with Ava, and when his father gets involved, The Puppybuster is impressed with his trickery.
Finally Free![]
In Finally Free!, Eva makes a deal with the Puppybuster so he can steal Kate's Friendship heart half. With this, he breaks into Kate's home and uses a spray to pass out Kate's Dad. He attempts to get the heart, but the clever planning of Kate's tricks end up with him being sent to jail.
Together Forever[]
In Together Forever, the Puppybuster is released from jail, and with the coast clear, he can kidnap Princess Ava again. When he finds himself in Kate's room again, he kicks away Wallace, and is about to grab Ava, but at the right time, she jumps back into Pocketville, being swapped for Eva. The Puppybuster decides to kidnap her instead, saying that she isn't Ava, but will just settle on her for the time being.
