The Legend of Reina (Italian: La leggenda di Reina) is the thirty-fourth episode of the first season of the animated series, Angel's Friends. It was originally broadcasted in Italia 1 on February 6, 2010.
Synopsis[]
Arkhan reveals to the Angels and Devils that they may return to their training, but that Reina is now free and they must pass on the legend they know about her. This in no way means it’s true, but they must try to discover her power and history.
Through looking into history, they all find out that Angel Reina fell in love with her “earthly one”, Maliki who was a great scientist. The Devils often tricked Maliki into making potions that permitted evil things against his will. She steals Maliki’s free will and forces him to love her.
In committing this sacrilege with an “earthly one” Reina is banished to limbo. At this point, Arkhan and Temptel learn that only another sacrilege will free Reina. They also reveal that though she is free from Limbo, she will never be an Angel, and will never be loved by Maliki.
