The Deadly Labyrinth (Italian: Labirinto mortale) is the thirteenth episode of the first season of the animated series, Angel's Friends. It was originally broadcasted in Italia 1 on October 28, 2009.
Synopsis[]
Raf and Sulfus, joining hands in their terrestrial forms, venture out to explore the dangerous labyrinth, not knowing that Reina is watching them. Urie and Dolce regroup with Kabale and Cabiria, now certain that someone else is trying to stop them from finding their friends, and decide that teaming up is their only hope of getting through. Sulfus is intent on finding an exit, but Raf takes an interest in the frescoes written across the walls, all depicting a Mayan civilization.
She quickly realizes that the two have been going in circles, trapped within a maze. The rescue party collides once more with the metallic bear monster but this time work as a group to defeat their adversary. Raf and Sulfus flee from an approaching roar but find an interesting image on the wall of an angel and devil who bear remarkable similarities to the both of them. Their observations are cut short when the deadly Minotaur attacks them, forcing them to hide, though Raf’s unfortunate sneeze may have given them away. At the same time, the metal eagles, led by Maliki, prepares to swarm the other students.
