Roger Baxter is one of the supporting characters of Littlest Pets Shop. He is the widowed father of Blythe and the husband of Blythe's late mother, Lauren. He is an airline pilot, meaning he is often away from home for a while.
He along with his daughter moved to the Downtown City apartment above with Littlest Pet Shop, a day-camp for pets owned by Mrs Twombly.
