Jeanne is the youngest daughter of Duchess Danton and stepdaughter of Duke Foyer. She is the younger sister of Catherine and younger stepsister of Cinderella.
Background[]
Prior to the start of the series, Jeanne lived with her mother and sister when her mother married Duke Foyer and they began living with him and his daughter, Cinderella.
Physical appearance[]
Jeanne is a young woman of average height and has medium length brown hair she keeps in low pigtails. Due to her excessive eating, she is of a slightly heavier build than many other girls her age. It is noted, mainly by Catherine, that her dresses often have to be let out due to
Personality[]
Similar to her mother and sister in the beginning, Jeanne was highly spoiled and vain. She often tried to get the best or most of anything she desired, at one point even stealing her mother's prized ring to wear herself. Like her sister, she tried to become the fiancé of Prince Charles for the sole reason of becoming the next princess of Emerald Kingdom.
However, unlike her mother and sister, Jeanne shows more compassion to others, especially Cinderella. She is also shown to be somewhat easily scared of thunderstorms and scary stories.
One of her most noticeable traits is her large appetite. She will often make comments about eating or wanting to eat and becomes annoyed if she is told to stop eating, not to eat past a certain amount, or not have the size proportions she is used to.
Role in the series[]
Relationships[]
- Duchess Danton: Jeanne's mother. She is very close and similar to her mother. Jeanne often accepts the advice her mother gives her in trying to gain the attention of the prince. However, Jeanne does know when to stop making demands when she sees her mother is angry. During the time that Danton was sick, Jeanne was greatly worried and stayed at her mother's side the entire time.
- Catherine: Jeanne's older biological sister. They are shown to have a typical sibling relationship in that they often bicker with each other but will team up when needed. Because Catherine is older, Jeanne often dislikes when her sister "pulls rank" in any situation.
- Cinderella: Jeanne's older stepsister. Prior to making peace with her, Jeanne was often cruel and demanding of her stepsister. She usually did not care if Cinderella needed time to rest and have her do anything she wanted. After Cinderella was revealed to be the girl who Prince Charles was looking for, she changed her attitude toward Cinderella and now is kind and loving to her.
- Prince Charles: While unaware that Charles the Fibber was actually the prince, she was still nice to him but treated Charles the same way she treated Cinderella. Jeanne would make Charles do chores if needed in order to avoid doing them herself. Like Catherine, her ultimate goal was to become his bride although it is unclear if she truly loved him or just wanted the power and wealth that came with being his wife.
