Blast Off the Demonic Cannon (Japanese: 悪魔の大砲を壊せ!, Akuma no taihō o kowase!) is the fiftieth episode of the Japanese animated/anime series, The Legend of Zorro and was originally broadcasted on March 14, 1997 in Japan.

Synopsis[]

The Army has three powerful cannons that it uses to indiscriminately shell all the places where rebels are thought to be hiding. Some of these young revolutionaries are captured and sentenced to death without a proper trial. Zorro decides to free those who remain, and to destroy the three terrible cannons by outwitting the imposing security measures set up to protect the Army's precious weapons.

  • This is one of the few episodes to feature graphic blood in the series which it was covered from the arrows in a trap and Zorro got almost shot in the right side of his face.
